----------------------
स्वप्न - सपना (dream), निराकार- with no shape, मृदुलता -Softness,
मुग्ध- attraction , मन में अंकित- Marked at your heart
संतृप्त- satisfaction, गुरुग्राम - an old name of the city "Gurgaon",
अनिकेत- 'अ + निकेतन'- One who does not have his home/ (Continuous), पथ प्रदर्शक - Who shows the right path to you when you are in delimma.

Few Words

Few words change the life. Few words really do not make any sense in life. The world of few great souls has been limited within few words. Chanting few words help a devotee to meet his God. In order to say few words, a lover waits for long. Few first words uttered by a child give enormous pleasure to his mom. Few words said in anger affect the relationship. Few words are considered as a secret. Few words come in manners and cultures. Few words rightly said in interview leaves an impression on interviewee. Few words adequately portrayed in poem makes a poet immortal. Few words said in the appreciation of someone make him more confident. Few words are ever repeated. Few words are ever concealed. Few words never get their place in the dictionary. Few people dare to say few words. Few people run away to not to face few words. Few words move faster than other few. Few words remain silent and are rarely been spoken. Few words are aggressive and motivational. Few are optimistic and nullify the effect of few pessimistic words. Few words are the ambition of someone’s life. Few words spoken in rhythm can bring the rain on the earth. People run towards few words. Money follows few words. Life ends on few words. Life ends but the few words ever remains immortal. When I close my eyes and shut my mouth then I listen to few words. These few words come in my prayer, in my ambition and in my dreams too. When these few words are said by others; I feel a sense of pleasure. Few words are adjectives; they love to be called with some special one. Every word has its own identity similar to an individual. Words are the identity of a person.

Nowadays, in the temptation towards few luxurious words, few words have been spoken frequently and have lost their actual place. Being optimistic still I think few words would never loose their sense and meaning with change in the civilizations with time. Let me know, how many times someone has said you individually, “My life is because of you; you have ever been an inspiration for me; you are my last hope. I have spent my time thinking about you. Never get down; I love you more than me; I hate you and bla bla.” Believe me you will find yourself in scarcity of these words. At whatever age you are, you may think how many days have been passed of your life and how many times you have heard these words for you. Few words are really tough to speak out.

Sometime I feel, words have their own world similar but larger than us. We only represent human beings. But they represent everyone, everything, every time, every where and so on. I really respect the words. Where ever I go, I find few words are following me. Few words are smiling at me. Few words want to say me something. Few words want them in my life. Few words really love me enormously. Few words trust on me blindly as they know I put them in a proper way when I write or speak them. Few words are jealous of me as I am associated with other few words. Few words come to criticize me. Few words are spoken to appreciate my deeds. Few words are still silent; they are waiting for their turn to come with me. Few words are still very far from me. I couldn’t understand few words. Few words could never have given their company to me. Few words are so frequent for everyone whom I couldn’t personalize. Few words are noble to me. To respect few words my eyes get down. To say few words my heart’s frequency goes up. Many a time I find me less of vocabulary and feel the importance of these words those helps me to express the things. I really love to few of my close and best few words. There are few words to whom I want to listen to many times in my life. There are few words to which I want to utter carefully to maintain their standard and importance.

My Memorie- An Exterior Touch

In the early dawn on 10th of August in the year 1986, I was born in a small town situated in the heart of Rajasthan named ‘Dundlod’, known widely for its Forts, Havelies and strong Marwari/Shekhawati cultural values. I was the second child in the house. It has been a truth that my parents wanted a girl in place of me and that is why they used to call me with my pet name that glimpses feminism in name. Later on, however, in schooling I was called with my name ‘Swatantra Gupta’. My ancestral home is in ‘Harigarh’, formally which was termed as ‘Aligarh’ while my nucleolus family in size, including me, consists of my dad Mr. R.D. Gupta, my mom Mrs. R.K. Gupta, my elder brother Mr. Deepak Gupta and younger one Mr. Ujjwal Gupta. My parents migrated to Dundlod thirty years ago and later on shifted to Jaipur. Well partially, I inherited my intellectual, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual attributes from my parents. Being as a member of a Business/Traders community, I was well versed with business since childhood.

My first school was my own home where I spelled the first word to my mom. Since beginning with having reasonable good analytic and grasping skills I was forced to leave the both LKG & UKG classes and supposed to face the 1st class standard directly. My schooling had been dramatic, covering almost five different schools. Primary schooling was under State Board Pattern, the middle schooling under CBSE Pattern and the secondary & higher secondary education again under State Board Education System. My planned field of study varied a good deal in my younger years, and between the ages of three and seventeen, I seriously flirted, in turn, with Sanskrit, mathematics, and physics, before settling for the eccentric charms of Information Technology and MBA. But the idea that I should be a Corporate and a Researcher of some sort did not vary over the years. I am used to thinking of the word "Corporate" as meaning "sound," rather than the more old-fashioned dictionary meaning: "Business," "Manager" or "Administration."

During five childhood years (between the ages of 5 to 9) I was a student in ‘Gayatri Vidya Mandir’ in Dundlod, which was the nearest to my home. Later on I moved to R. C. Goenka School of Arts and Commerce where my educational attitudes were formed. This was a co-educational school with many progressive features. The emphasis was on fostering curiosity rather than competitive excellence, and any kind of interest in examination performance and grades was severely discouraged. Since I was the center of attention among my teachers, I have to confess, a reasonably good student, I had to do my best to efface that stigma.

The curriculum of the school did not neglect India's cultural, analytical and scientific heritage, but was very involved also with the rest of the world. Indeed, it was astonishingly open to influences from all over the world, including the West, but also other non-Western cultures. I remember few of the debates, Art, Speeches, Skit, Music, Dance and many other competitions those used to happen in school regularly to expand the multidimensional personality of ours.

I remember these were the days when I was not inclined towards anything; I was just learning & learning and was only supposed to give my best. Here I came in touch with my Sanskrit Teacher ‘Mr. S. M. Shashtri’ who was honored as a ‘Shashtri’ in his real life. He showed me the path of spirit. This was the time of my attitude formation and they shaped it very positive and curious in nature. They made me feel about my strength, attitude, goals, thirst and dedication. My English Teacher ‘Mr. J S Nirwan’ helped me to learn with current issues and gave a different perception about life and appreciated as my elder brother. In result, in my secondary examination I was among top twenty with the rank of 14th in whole Rajasthan State. I was awarded with silver medal by District Collector. My performance was then awarded and appreciated by schools and many societies. It actually inspired me and indirectly gave me a temptation towards the honors and publically appraisals and appreciations. Then I opted science stream and moved to S.N. School in Nawalgarh. Here first time I faced the competitive environment. I had smart and brilliant students around me. This batch of mine has shown its strength in every field with every passing year. I was bit motivated towards my goals but I don’t think if could achieve them without motivation of my Chemistry Lecturer Mr. Rajendra Singh. He has influenced me a lot for my career. That was what drove me to perform wonderfully in exams and it was me who stood again in top twenty with Sixteenth Rank in Rajasthan State and was awarded a silver medal.

After my secondary and higher secondary education, I was determined to pursue Engineering in Information Technology from one of the best universities in India. To accomplish this I had to qualify in All India Engineering Entrance Examination. In the exam I was in top 1% among the total about 400 thousands students and secured a seat in Integrated Post Graduate Program in Information Technology at Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (IIITM) - Gwalior, a centre of excellence for IT and Management in India established by the Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Government of India.

At IIITM I had the fortune of having a well-compiled syllabus, which places equal emphasis on theoretical fundamentals as well as practical applications. The top notch technical environment at IIITM has given me an intuition for technology, a futuristic vision for global technology-based applications and a network of exemplary scientists and engineers. A deeper knowledge in the field of IT motivated me for the business through Information Technology. To sharpen my business skills I continued my study and opted for Masters in Business Administration from the institute.

In the first year of my bachelor I found me in among talented, skilled, versatile natured, cultured students came from different part of country and abroad. Initially we faced cross cultured attitude, language barrier, team spirit and many more which was diminished later on with time. Individually we all had a similar goals, similar path to achieve them so all of us ever have been in a single chain i.e. our batch. We were eighty in numbers and I feel almost all of us have shown our talents in our concern interested fields. I strongly feel that this batch of eighty students is like the eighty beads of a garland that would adorn the corporate world in the years to come. In second & third year, academically, I was inclined towards my learning through my subjects and competitions. I was highly impressed with my seniors in our stream as many of them had proved their talent. Many a time they guided me, gave me a moral support, parted the things and boosted a lot for the goals. Here working with my seniors, batch mates and juniors, I found a strong coordination and linkage among us and felt a team spirit by my own. We were very fortunate that most of times we were taught by best faculties in India in concern subjects. I don’t think if I can forget Prof. K. B. Raina, who showed as the vision 2020 i.e. ‘ GM at the age of 35 or lesser’, Prof R Srivastava (formally CEO of webdunia) who taught us to maintain and upgrade our standard of knowledge, punctuality and dedication; Prof. R. L. Raina who taught us Communication Skills, and the list is long. Just to know, where I stand in technological theoretical knowledge, I gave GATE 2007 and secured my position among top four hundred.

Then later on as I was well focused towards my MBA, I got into it. Then with the ending of third year under the guidance of highly recognized research faculty, I got inspired to pursue research projects from various fields. My projects have spanned a wide range - from "CRM" to "Banking" and then to "Investment Management". I was selected as a researcher for the project 'Customer Management Dimension in Various Industries in Emerging IT', a project under Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India. In this project, under the guidance of Prof. D. Singh, we (with team) went through an industrial survey and after doing analysis concluded about the most popular customer perceived value in emerging trend of industry.

In order to complete our B.Tech, we were supposed to submit our B.Tech Project Dissertation; here, I came in touch with Dr. R. Sahu with whom I published two research papers in International Conferences and one which was nominated for journal. For my first paper, I was not the main contributor for the work; more or less it was a successful effort of my team members Ravi, Nikhil and Sunny. Later on I enhanced the same work individually and resulted in a paper. During the research at IIITM, I co-authored three international publications: " Co-Integration of Stock Markets using Data Mining and Wavelet Analysis " in the GIFT Society – International Conference on Flexible Enterprise for Global Business, Glogift'08, New Jersey; " Correlation among selected Stock Markets using Wavelet Theory and TAPER Algorithm " in International Conference "Global Academy of Business and Economic Research, Bangkok", Thailand and "Customer Perceived Value in IT-BPO and Consultancy Service" in an international conference on Enterprise Systems 2008, MDI, Gurgaon, India. In my first year of MBA, I visited few international conferences and received the exposure.

With the beginning of the year 2008, in the month of Jan I received an interview letter from RBI for my summer training. I (then) was not good enough in Economics, Financial services and International Financial Issues so was not taking the interview seriously. It was just few days were remaining, I guess, it would be 3 days. I was not prepared for. I thank to Yogesh Mittal Sir who guided me and boosted me for the preparation. After the interview I just got a call letter to go for my summer internship there. I got an excellent learning experience as a management trainee working at Reserve Bank of India where I worked in Department of Banking Supervision and received a vast knowledge of the banking process. Here I worked on the project 'Impact of Changes in Organizational Structure in Banks in India on Credit Delivery' under Mr. E. Madhwan, the General Manager while fully guided and supported by Mrs. Sruti Sankar, AGM in Department of Banking Supervision, RBI. This project drove me to establish a vast network of Banking Professionals and gave an excellent learning in banking sector in India. During the Project I was expected to give presentation of my work timely to the panel named 'Study Circle' comprised of top management executives including regional director of the organization. However, my report was recognized under consideration of Department of Economic Analysis and Planning at RBI.

At the end of my project, I was invited at the home of my mentor for dinner. I remember that day among one of the happiest moments for me when I had a dinner with the family of my mentor. I felt that I found some sort of recognition. I was happy that I could do some significant work at least for my learning and satisfaction. During my summers I spent around 3 months there in IITD campus. I found there is nothing new but the difference with IIITM lies in the branding & dedicated students toward research work. Just after IITD, I visited IIM Bangalore, IBM, IIIT-A, MNIT Jaipur, IBA, Amity Business School and many other organizations. This gave me a strong exposure to be associated with management scholars, professors and some eminent personalities. In the end of 2008, I attended AIMS International Conference 2008 and participated in International Summer Project Competition as my summer project was selected there among top 15 best summer projects out of 195 (those were registered for the competition) in India. Here in final round of presentation, I couldn’t succeed in top three. However, it was a great competition for learning aspects and to meet brilliant management scholars.

Further my desire to sharpen my skills through the practice in an excellent environment and to explore new arenas in the field of Global Business while having my back ground in IT and Management drives me to go for the Corporate World and to apply as much I have learnt through.
